We made it! Welcome to Day 10 and Happy Samhain! This mini blog series was really fun to write and I hope that you’ve found a couple new practices that help you make each and every day magickal.
Today is probably the easiest of all the prompts: pray.
If you work with Deity, simply talk to Them. Charge your beverages like on Day 2 and talk to Them over your morning coffee. As you’re driving to work, in between blessing traffic from Day 5’s suggestion, speak to Them.
Tell them how your day is going, what worries you might have, ask for signs and synchronicities, simply BE with Them. If you don’t work with any Goddesses or Gods, then talk to your spirit guides, your ancestors, your Higher Self. Either way, make connections to the spiritual world around you. Make friends with the Tree Spirit in your yard to protect your home while you’re away. Talk to the shrub in the parking lot at work to keep an eye on your car. Leave little pebbles as stone offerings.
The point of this suggestion, and the whole series really, is to remind you that you live in a witchy, magickal world ALL of the time. You don’t have to leave the magick for when you have time to carve out space for a ritual in which you set up 4864 candles and have low lighting and music and your ritual garb on. Magick and witchcraft can be as simple as sipping tea and telling your Goddess that you’re nervous about the upcoming meeting at work, but you know She’s there for you, so it’ll all work out.
You are a Witch and your life is already beautiful.
Thank you so much for reading through the whole series, I hope you have a great day!
Love you!
