During your Reiki session I’ll align and balance your energy, while also giving your energy body a boost for self-healing either through the gentle universal energy of Usui Reiki, or the earth-centered tree energy of Celtic Reiki. These virtual sessions offer a deep dive into inner peace and relaxation all in the comfort of your own home.

- Personalized Energy Healing: During your session, I will tune into your unique energy field, using the intuitive techniques of Reiki to guide healing where it’s needed most. Whether you choose Usui Reiki’s calming, universal energy or the grounded, nature-inspired flow of Celtic Reiki, each session will be tailored to your individual needs and intentions. Usui Reiki utilizes the 7 chakras, whereas Celtic Reiki utilizes the 3 Cauldrons and tree energy.
- Virtual Connection: All sessions are held virtually, allowing you to experience the healing energy of Reiki from the comfort of your home. We’ll begin with a brief consultation, discussing your intentions and any areas of focus, followed by a deeply restorative Reiki session, ending with a short Q&A and follow up.
- Post-Session Integration: After your session, you’ll receive guidance on how to integrate the healing energy into your daily life. This might include journaling prompts, affirmations, or small rituals to continue the flow of positive energy. These will be emailed to you as a PDF file to refer back to.
